Pregnancy and Birth

  • Three prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, pregnancy or birth concerns, pain management techniques, and prenatal care. This does include if you would like to attend an antenatal appointment (or appointments) together, as well.

    • Your Body & Birth Childbirth Anatomy and Physiology (valued at $65) 

    • Birth Your Way Pregnancy, Birth and Immediate Postpartum Planning and Education (valued at $89) (printed bundle valued at $139 - now included in every package)

  • Childbirth physiology education

  • Education surrounding hospital policies and guidelines, as well as presenting available options to you

  • Current evidence-based research and resources

  • Optimal Maternal Positioning education and guidance to assist in pregnancy and birth

  • Assistance in creating a Birth Plan outlining your preferences for labour and birth

  • 24/7 on-call availability from 38 weeks of pregnancy until the baby's birth

  • Access to The Hallowed Birth TENS machine, birth sling and rebozo for labour and birth

  • Continuous emotional, and informational support during labour via phone, as required

  • Continuous physical, emotional and informational support during birth attendance for a maximum of twelve hours

  • Guidance on pain relief techniques, such as breathing, relaxation methods and comfort measures

  • Access to The Hallowed Birth's “Little Lending Library”

One Postpartum ​Visit (3 hours)

  • Nourishing meal for your postpartum recovery

  • Provide resources and referrals

  • Assistance with putting baby to sleep

  • Feeding assistance - breast or bottle

  • Bathing and changing baby

  • Light housework to enable you to get some well deserved rest, have a shower, take time out for yourself or spend time with your little babe
